Overview

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for ensuring that proposals are developed in accordance with FAR, customer requirements and internal policies. This role supports cost proposals from receipt of the RFP through negotiations of the contract. The role and work environment are highly collaborative with a great deal of interface across DLH business sectors, departments and functions.

Responsibilities

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Assembles cost volumes and act as point of contact for input
• Review and analyze RFP, SOW, and technical solution data to determine factors that affect price
• Collect and evaluate functional inputs assuring that all requirements are proposed appropriately and are compliant with the RFP
• Create supporting content for management reviews
• Produce price and cost volume narratives with supporting cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledgeable in US Code & Federal Acquisition Regulations related to contract pricing
• 3+ years experience in US Government contractor pricing required (services industry preferred)
• Prior experience across multiple contract types preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and oral communication
• Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with business partners
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic Compensation: $75,000 - $99,000 yearly salary

The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicants salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
