Summary:
Supports scientific research in Dasgupta laboratory; conducts experiments and procedures under the direction of a supervisor; collects data and presents findings for further review; inputs research information into the designated database system; conducts maintenance of scientific equipment and machinery as needed. The pay range for this position is $48,515 - $61,525 which includes a comprehensive benefit package.




Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree in a clinical or scientific discipline; or
2. Bachelor's degree in a clinical or scientific discipline and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in a laboratory setting.


NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.


Preferred Qualifications:


Master's degree in scientific discipline and experience working in cancer research laboratory and proficiency in molecular biology experiments such Western Immunoblotting, qPCR, Chromatin immunoprecipitation, mammalian cell culture, etc., will be preferred.
