Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Owner to join their team. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Agile frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scopes and timelines, coordinating sprints, and facilitating effective internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage each project's scope and timeline

- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups

- Coach team members in Agile frameworks

- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

- Serve as the point of contact for external communications

- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

The Technical Product Owner will also be responsible for innovation and the end-to-end launch of products. They will collaborate with various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement, to turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with partners and vendors to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch

- Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks

- Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization

- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria

- Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders

- Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology

- Define and execute go-to-market plan, ensuring that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful

- Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment

Candidates must have a strong technical understanding of integrations of third parties onto SP platform and an understanding of API for data migration. They should also have experience working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Candidates must complete a background check & drug screen upon offer.
