Technical Demonstrations:
Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to conduct in-depth, tailored product demonstrations that resonate with client needs.
Hands on experience with FACS, receivable management, and debt collections software.
Highlight key features and benefits of our solutions, backed by real client success stories that illustrate measurable outcomes.
Industry Expertise:
Leverage your extensive knowledge of the receivables management and debt collections landscape to clearly articulate the ROI for clients transitioning from legacy systems.
Showcase how our Velosidy product streamlines workflows, enhances user experience, and improves collection efficiency.
Client Trust:
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with existing customers by providing ongoing support and expert consultation.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate challenges and maximize the value of our solutions.
Sales Support:
Assist in the client needs assessment process, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements to recommend tailored product and service solutions.
Identify and develop opportunities for additional value-added services that align with client goals.
Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with the sales team, product management, and other stakeholders to align client needs with our evolving solutions.
Participate in discussions regarding product upgrades, new offerings, and professional services, ensuring that client feedback is integrated into our product roadmap.
Training & Documentation:
Create and deliver engaging training sessions and technical presentations for both internal teams and clients, ensuring a clear understanding of our products.
Develop comprehensive technical proposals and documentation, including network diagrams and configuration summaries, to support the sales process
Market Awareness:
Continuously monitor industry trends and technological advancements that impact our target markets, using this knowledge to inform product development and sales strategies.
Conduct research on competitor offerings and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
What You'll Need
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the third-party receivables or payments industry, with a focus on enterprise software solutions.
Proven background in customer service or sales within similar sectors is preferred.
RCM, Receivable Management Industry and third party collections experience
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with complex software systems and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Experience with risk analysis and mitigation in solution delivery is highly beneficial.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and accessible manner.
Skilled at adapting communication styles to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Proactive Mindset:
A collaborative team player who is proactive in advocating for client needs and initiating solutions.
Strong influencing skills to share insights and feedback with stakeholders effectively.
Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to meet client needs and strengthen relationships.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is (USD $90,000 - $150,000 per year).
