Our Diabetes Business is looking for a Program Manager Quality Systems to oversee and manage the Diabetes audit program. You will be responsible to set up standards and guidelines in order to prepare, organize and facilitate audits at Diabetes sites, as well as to develop and manage quality programs that ensure compliance with policies, regulations and standards.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Provides oversight for the development, maintenance and improvement of audit quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that performance the quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.

  • Leads the organization of internal and external audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits.

  • Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • Coordinates legal requests in support of government investigations or litigations.

  • Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.

  • Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.

  • Works directly with functions to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.


  • Operate with a Continuous Improvement mindset and ensures the quality programs and policies are reviewed and updated regularly.

  • Will be assigned quality program to lead and /or participate as a core team member as needed

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience

  • Or, advanced degree with 3+ years of experience

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$116,800.00 - $175,200.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
