What You Will Contribute:




The Quality Assurance Technician will primarily be responsible for the inspection and auditing of Badger Meter processes/systems as it relates to the products being manufactured at the Tulsa, OK facility. This employee is also expected to perform calibration of precision measuring equipment, and is responsible for nonconforming material processing. In addition, this employee will be required to display accuracy and thoroughness while remaining responsible for the following main accountabilities:

• Root cause and corrective action investigation
  
  


• Programming of CMM
  
  


• Assist production operators with operation of CMM
  
  


• Departmental support for Badger Meter Quality Assurance
  
  


• Other various tasks as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager
  
  

Qualifications
:

• Associates degree or technical training required
  
  


• 3-5 years professional experience preferred
  
  


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
  
  


• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CMM software
  
  

Working Conditions:

• Depending on the assigned department, must complete an audiogram test
