GENERAL FUNCTION:
Schedule meetings and briefings in conference rooms for office staff; provide pre-event planning support to include, but not be limited to, agenda development, room/location reservation and setup, attendee invitations, Distinguished Visitor (DV) parking, presentation preparation and travel requirements.
Shall have knowledge in Air Force Records Information Management Systems (AFRIMS) and the Electronic Records Management (ERM) Structure to perform record searches of active and inactive, physical and electronically stored final and draft documentary materials related to search criteria.
Assist in the use of computer applications to produce databases, spreadsheets, graphics and other specialized products and facilitate the use of standardized automated forms such as travel orders, performance reports, awards, materials procurement, maintenance and disposition.
Provide support in collecting, preparing, and displaying materials for staff meetings.
Provide administrative support to the Management Operations Division and personnel.
Assist with in- and out-processing of personnel as they enter, move within, or exit the Directorate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:
BA/BS degree and at least three years of related experience, or seven years of directly related experience.
Must obtain and maintain a Favorable National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) - Tier 1 clearance.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access), and other standard (Customer specified) applications.)
Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
