Job Description:

Kroll Restructuring Administration is seeking a Consultant to fill this on-site junior level position with potential for growth to more senior levels with management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, outgoing and detail oriented individual. Candidate must be able to motivate and lead small teams, organize the execution and completion of large and small tasks, work at a good pace, adhere to detailed protocols and be available and willing to work extended hours, including occasional weekends (as necessary).

Note: This position will be onsite located in Brooklyn.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

The Consultant position in DPC will be responsible for a small group of important client related tasks, focusing on organizing and leading teams to execute and complete such tasks. Daily duties can include the following:


  • Review and understand protocols and standard operating procedures and lead a team of 3-5 DPC Analysts to execute and complete tasks in accordance with same. Daily tasks include the processing, organizing and quality control of incoming claims, ballots, case correspondence and return mail.
  • Assess protocols and team execution to ensure a high standard of quality control.
  • Assess personnel and other resource needs for tasks led and escalate any needs to senior managers.
  • Provide detailed daily rolling status reports to senior managers concerning tasks led.
  • Assist senior managers to deliver feedback to the Analyst team concerning task execution issues.

Essential traits:


  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years' experience executing process team-oriented tasks and/or projects
  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility with work schedule is a must - shifts can cover all hours of operations, including beyond ordinary business hours and/or weekends
  • Technology industry background a plus

The current salary range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000
