POSITION SUMMARY:
Indivior is a global pharmaceutical company working to help change patients' lives by pioneering life-transforming treatment for substance use disorders and other serious mental illnesses. We are searching for an experienced US pharmaceutical professional as Senior Marketing Manager (dependent on experience) to lead and execute impactful brand promotional initiatives for OPVEE® (nalmefene) Nasal Spray within the public interest market (departments of health, law enforcement, emergency medical services, fire departments, advocacy organizations, and corrections). The successful candidate will develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders including brand teams, sales force, market research, sales training, business analytics, legal, medical, regulatory, compliance, IT, and other teams. This role partners with creative and media agencies and consultants to successfully drive the business. This role operates in a culture of high engagement, accountability, and performance to deliver brand objectives with a patient-focused mindset.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
Seamless pull through of strategy across target market segments
Tactical execution of disease state and branded campaigns. This includes but is not limited to:
Websites
Email campaigns
Programmatic advertising
Social media
Conferences
Sales materials
Customer relationship management platform
Veeva Owner responsibilities, including - creates placeholders, verifies updates from creative agency, moves materials through review
Lead select marketing materials through promotional review committee, managing differing opinions and priorities
Process purchase orders (POs), manage statements of work (SOWs) and invoices
Responsible for managing creative and media agency relationships including material creation, timelines, strategy, and execution
Strategic ownership of OPVEE conference strategy and execution
Responsible for managing conference vendor relationships regarding promotional material printing, warehousing, distribution, and expiration process
Owns OPVEE conference logistics including approval process, registration, payment, staffing, materials, and insights, coordinating with other brands and relevant stakeholders as required
Works closely with sales team to understand market needs
Prepares materials for sales team's use (testing, deployment, optimization)
Assess progress of executed initiatives, utilizing key stakeholder feedback, market research, and analysis to make strategic recommendations for optimizing future performance
Consistently lead multiple projects and evaluate for optimal mix of tactics to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion
Ensure marketing activities are consistent with corporate governance and all regulatory, legal, compliance, and ethical guidelines
Provide senior management with regular updates on progress and changes in scope, schedule, and resources in development.
Ensure appropriate steps are taken for compliant engagement with third parties, including vetting, RFPs (where indicated), contracting, training, and billing
Participates in Commercial Leadership meetings as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To be a successful Senior Marketing Manager, this individual should demonstrate the following requirements:

Experience managing external partners such as agencies, consultants, and vendors
Education:
BS/BA in marketing or business or another relevant field required.
Experience & Competencies
At least 4 years in a pharmaceutical sales or marketing
Proficient communicator (both written and verbal)
Experience in working in a highly regulated environment
Experience in conference management and logistics preferred
Experience working with outside vendor partners required
Experience with pharmaceutical Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes preferred
Knowledge of applications for PRC review i.e., Veeva PromoMats preferred
Project and/or team management experience required
Ability to influence decisions across the organization required
Innovative mindset and approach to business challenges, with ability to work in a time and resource constrained environment
Appetite for learning and continuous improvement
MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of taking initiative quickly, product launch experience helpful
Ability to work across time zones in a virtual and in-person environment
10-15%+ domestic travel, as needed
