THE CAREER OPPORTUNITY:

Early Head Start Associate Teacher, Teacher I or II needed. You will prepare and deliver long-range and daily lesson plans to engage the children and spark their passion for learning providing a well-rounded general education and playing a vital role in setting a solid foundation for students’ future academic success.

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s or Master's in Early Childhood Development or related field

  • 6 units in Infant Toddler

  • Child Development Teacher permit or higher or State awarded certificate that meets the criteria of the Child Development Associate or higher

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to pass a fingerprint and criminal background check

  • Ability to pass TB test and health screening

  • Proof of required vaccinations

  • Valid Driver’s license

  • Must be computer literate

  • Bilingual in Spanish is helpful
