Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is searching for a talented F ull-Time Restaurant Host/Hostess to join their team at Pendulum 401! This is a union position.

Pendulum 401 is an urban oasis, the ideal spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktail hour, or simply people-watching. Our curated menu and carefully crafted cocktails are perfectly complemented by a metropolitan ambiance, bringing renewed vitality to your journey.

The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is adjacent to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, five blocks from Baltimore's Inner Harbor area and surrounded by downtown dining. Our hotel is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk, and we're a half-mile from Camden MARC Station, linking to the airport. This property has 62,663 total sq. ft. of banquet space, including outdoor multi-function areas and the largest hotel ballroom in Baltimore, overlooking Camden Yards.

Theideal candidate will have 2 years of food and beverage experience within a high volume hotel setting.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is needed to support AM and PM operations/ Typical shift pattern is 6:30 AM-2:30 PM and 2:30 PM-11:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.28 - $19.20 per hour

What will I be doing?

• Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Ensure knowledge of menu
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
