A day in the life.
As our Client Advisor Manager on the Private Client Services National team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of client advisors and insuring exceptional client experience within our Customer Care Team.
Develops, implements and monitors workflows and procedures to ensure high quality service and compliance to agency standards.
Drives a client-focused service environment.
Assists in resolving complex client or underwriting issues.
Continuously improves the quality and consistency in the client experience.
Coaches, supervises and trains colleagues, structuring the training to achieve high performance and an excellent client experience.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
5+ years personal insurance background required, with experience leading teams.
P&C License required.
Able to independently quote most coverages for existing clients and have familiarity with excess & surplus placements.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
High-net worth clientele and carrier experience preferred.
Experience leading client facing teams.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $89,600 to $158,300. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
