HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

This position will be well-versed in 1031 Exchanges and be a subject matter expert in the real estate-1031 world. Responsibilities include (contract) documents review; providing subject matter expertise to Client Services Team, Business Development team, clients and prospects when dealing with complex scenarios; ongoing technical training to new and existing staff; and expanding the network of repeat exchange customers as well as the referral base. This position is expected to leverage their extensive referral network including relationships with attorney referral sources, realtors, title companies, Qualified Intermediaries (QIs), banks, real estate brokers, accountants, Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) providers, repeat customers and other potential client advisors/referral sources to generate new business related to all of Accruits products.


  • Drive 1031 Exchange transactions through professional networking with repeat exchange customers and the referral base of attorneys, real estate brokers, accountants, banks, other exchange companies, title companies and title agencies.

  • Supporting the Business Development Team in structuring complex deals by adding value as a Subject Matter Expert.

  • Writing, speaking and providing internal and external training on various exchange subjects, putting Accruits name out into the legal and 1031 communities as experts in the field

  • o Traveling to conferences and give regular external presentations.

  • o Writing blogs and/or white papers on topics as presented.

  • Assisting the Exchange Operations Team with client attraction and retention by providing business knowledge and insights to potential and existing clients.

  • Leveraging and maintaining the Companys CRM system

  • Working closely with channel partners, clients and their advisors on applicable IRC 1031 regulations in order to minimize potential for inadvertent errors and to move towards successful exchanges and/or reverse exchanges.

  • Reviewing various contracts or other forms of legal agreements that arise in the ordinary course of business consistent with the level of skill of the person filling this position.

  • Providing internal training to increase organizations understanding of 1031 Exchanges.

  • Additional tasks or responsibilities as needed by the company.

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:


  • 10+ years of industry experience

  • Law Degree

  • Certified Exchange Specialist (CES) designation

  • 3-5 years commercial real estate experience

Salary Minimum: $132,700 Salary Maximum: $210,000 The range listed is just one component of Inspira's total compensation package for employees.
