The Prudential Long Term Care team is seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced Communications and Engagement Manager to design, build, and launch marketing campaigns to engage our policyholders in their Health and Wellness journey.  This position will report to the Director of Digital Customer Experience and will be primarily focused on leveraging digital technology to deliver a world class customer experience.  You will be essential to the continued success of our newly launched PrudentialPeakTM Wellness site.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is Fully Virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.

What you can expect:


  • Develop and Launch the right solution for every benefit offered within the PrudentialPeakTM wellness ecosystem understanding the audience, setting goals, and working with partners.

  • Research, Analyze and Dive into policyholder insights, platform activity, policyholder habits, preferences and campaign success rates to develop an understanding of what is most relevant to our audience and the business.

  • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure that strategic initiatives are relevant and actionable.

  • Understand the creative process and be able to work with a creative team to arrive at fresh, new and interesting ideas.

  • Understand all the ways brands connect with people in today’s world – from traditional media to digital to social activations and beyond.

What you’ll need:


  • 5+ years experience in Advertising, Marketing, or related discipline

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Media, or equivalent relevant experience

  • Experience with developing digital engagement programs, designing digital content and launching digital communications to drive website engagement and participation

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in development and execution of marketing campaigns including digital, traditional, social, and experiential.

  • Ability to understand and contribute to the big picture through strategic thinking, vision and insights to help drive big ideas and initiatives.

  • Examples of your work that you feel reflect your personality, work ethic, past experiences, or other differentiators; if group work, please specify your contributions.

  • A strong communicator with the ability to be proactive, to multi-task, to problem-solve and collaborate as a team player.

The salary range for this role is from $115,800.00 to $172,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
