JOB SUMMARY
Website and Paid Media Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives. This individual is responsible for overseeing and optimizing website performance, executing A/B testing, and implementing dynamic content strategies to enhance user experience and drive lead generation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
Develop conversion optimization strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Create high-converting landing pages that effectively communicate value propositions and drive desired actions.
Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements and improve conversion rates.
Implement dynamic content to personalize user experiences.
Collaborate with various university departments to manage and update the HubSpot-hosted website.
Oversee Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Meta Pixel to track website activity, conversion events, and user behavior.
Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Hubspot, and SEMrush to analyze website performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Page Speed Insights, Lighthouse, and other relevant tools.
Manage Meta Pixel for tracking conversions and audience retargeting.
Utilize SEMrush for research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
Work closely with digital contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

An understanding of the importance for diversity, inclusion and equity.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, and web analytics.
Proven track record of increasing conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.
Strong understanding of website design and user experience principles.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Business tools, and SEMrush.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced work environment

Experience in higher education
Supervision Received:
Receives supervision and work assignments from a designated supervisor, although other staff members in the unit may provide work direction.
Supervision Exercised:
May be responsible for the coordination of work assignments for student employees.
