RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Windows 11 Deployment Tech in Milford, CT. A Windows 11 Deployment job involves configuring, imaging, and deploying Windows 11 on desktops and laptops, and ensuring a smooth rollout.

Responsibilities include:

• Deployment: Deploying Windows 11 across multiple devices, and ensuring minimal disruption during the installation process


• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to the Windows 11 rollout


• Technical support: Providing technical support and training to end users' post-deployment


• Documentation: Creating detailed deployment documentation and reports


• Compatibility assessments: Conducting compatibility assessments of hardware and software


• Collaboration: Collaborating with IT teams to ensure smooth and efficient rollout processes


• User orientation: Engaging with end users and teaching them about the changes made


• Hardware functionality: Ensuring proper hardware functionality, including testing and troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS:

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
