Responsibilities:


  • Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned territory


  • Accurate forecasting of sales and orders.


  • Manage Volume Purchase Agreements for key accounts


  • Achieve defined metrics associated within the inside sales channel.


  • SalesLoft (CRM) compliance, outbound calls, lead conversions, opportunity creation and management, etc.


  • Effectively drive lead conversion, campaign ROI and willingly prospect and discover new sales opportunities.


  • Utilize consultative sales approach to ensure customer satisfaction and drive cross-selling within territory.


  • Grow product expertise in order to provide customers with the best solution, based upon their application requirements.


Basic Qualifications:

  • + 1 year of inside sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Must be results-driven and possess the ability to utilize exceptional negotiation skills.


  • Ability to work within a Team Selling Model and engage field-based resources as necessary to advance opportunities.


  • Aptitude to learn new systems and retain technical information.


  • General knowledge of CRM systems is preferred. Salesforce.comexperienceis a plus.


  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships via the telephone and email.


  • Ability to work effectively in a complex organization, while influencing decisions.


  • Highly effective time management and organizational skills.


  • Process orientated, with a strong knowledge of selling, marketing & the customer care process.


  • Commutable to Shelton, CT Monday-Friday.


The annualcompensation range for this full-time position is $56,680 to $79,760. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
