We are seeking a Building Automation Technician II to support our Facilities team performing routine maintenance work utilizing skills to diagnose problems, make repairs and/or replace worn or defective parts on building automation systems, machines, and mechanical equipment.


The Role:

· Perform maintenance on building automation systems, machines, and mechanical equipment

· Diagnose and repair complex electronic control system malfunctions

· Perform proper panel preventative maintenance and document findings

· Able to integrate new panels into existing Desigo CC platform and create new graphic pages


Our Ideal Candidate:

· High school diploma or GED

· Requires at least 3 years experience installing and servicing DDC controls; 3+ years building automation knowledge preferred

· Demonstrated experience in the integration of low-voltage building sub-systems BACNet, N2, Modbus etc.
