Job Description
The Prestress Sales Administrator will support our Outside Sales, Project Coordination and Project Management Teams.

Job Duties:
Sourcing of project bid information Preparation of project estimates Monitor pre-production and casting schedules to ensure adherence to customer schedules Creation and distribution of quotes Maintenance of bid and project trackers Purchasing responsibilities Shop drawing review and distribution Assists in all required functions of the administration team Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Assist in the resolution of order processing problems by working as the liaison person between sales and our customers Loading price and project data to ensure accurate invoicing Creation and distribution of project submittals

Qualifications and Experience:
Associates Degree in an Industrial or Construction related field 2-3 years experience in a sales support or customer service role Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to perform detailed work accurately Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong follow through skills are important Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management
