We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing optimized asset management strategies and solutions for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. ***This role is based in Indianapolis, IN. Essential Functions


  • Asset Management Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their asset management needs and develop tailored strategies to optimize asset performance, reliability, and longevity.

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement asset management solutions, including the integration of technology and new processes. Ensure solutions are aligned with the latest trends in industry best practices and client requirements.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data analysis to monitor asset performance and identify areas for improvement. Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to clients.

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to asset management systems and solutions.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage asset management projects from conception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Client Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on the effective use of asset management tools and techniques.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in asset management. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our solutions and services.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project outcomes.


Education Qualifications

  • Required Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering


Experience Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the transportation industry

  • Experience with asset management planning is highly preferred


Skills and Abilities

  • Technical Skills: Broad understanding of the transportation industry, including design and construction of new and preservation projects.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.


Licenses and Certifications

  • Licensed professional engineer in the state of Indiana or ability to become licensed professional engineer in the state of Indiana within 6 months.
