Essential Functions
Asset Management Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their asset management needs and develop tailored strategies to optimize asset performance, reliability, and longevity.
Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement asset management solutions, including the integration of technology and new processes. Ensure solutions are aligned with the latest trends in industry best practices and client requirements.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data analysis to monitor asset performance and identify areas for improvement. Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to asset management systems and solutions.
Project Management: Lead and manage asset management projects from conception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Client Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on the effective use of asset management tools and techniques.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in asset management. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our solutions and services.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project outcomes.
Education Qualifications
Required Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the transportation industry
Experience with asset management planning is highly preferred

Technical Skills: Broad understanding of the transportation industry, including design and construction of new and preservation projects.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Licenses and Certifications
Licensed professional engineer in the state of Indiana or ability to become licensed professional engineer in the state of Indiana within 6 months.
