About the job
As aCommercial Manager for our Mixing & Blending product range, you'll take on a hands-on, sales-focused role, driving our growth strategy in the U.S. market while also being the US liaison to the Global Mixing and Blending Portfolio Manager. This individual contributor position is critical for developing and executing initiatives that expand our market presence, increase revenue, and meet ambitious sales targets. A remote office may be considered if not local to the Wisconsin area.
As a part of the team, you will:
Develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy for the Mixing & Blending portfolio, aligning with global objectives.
Identify new applications and markets to drive portfolio growth and increase market share.
Collaborate with sales teams and technical experts to enhance product knowledge and achieve sales goals.
Track and manage the project pipeline, setting competitive pricing and positioning strategies.
Oversee product launches in the U.S. to ensure successful adoption and market penetration.
Provide insights and guidance on regulatory compliance (e.g., 3A, FDA, BPE) to the local product team.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to strengthen positioning and meet evolving customer needs.
Lead product training sessions for channel partners and customers, building product expertise.
Assess and support the technical proficiency of sales teams, providing targeted training where needed.

What you know:
You have an Bachelors degree in business or technical field or equivalent industry experience, and:
Proven experience in sales and marketing within industrial products, ideally with both commodity and engineered solutions.
Expertise in managing diverse sales channels (direct, distributor, national accounts) with a proactive approach to execution and follow-through.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a proven track record of leveraging data for decision-making.
Proficiency in Excel or other data management tools for analyzing and maximizing sales data.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Creative, resourceful, and able to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
Availability to travel up to 50-60% as needed.
