Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reviews and processes quotations for assigned product line(s).
2. Negotiates with sales team and adjusts pricing levels as necessary.
3. Collaborates with Sales and Marketing teams to define pricing strategy and structure for company
products.
4. Performs regular pricing analysis on assigned product line(s) to ensure profitability and market
competitiveness.
5. Identifies and contributes to systems improvement initiatives.
6. Acquires and tracks pricing information on a continual basis, including that of competitors.
7. Creates and maintains all hard copy price lists and as well as pricing conditions in SAP.
8. Adjusts customer price lists for changes in raw materials on a regular, pre-determined basis.
9. Coordinates the completion of RFPs, contract pricing reviews, and e-auctions.
10. Acts as pricing representative in company Kaizens, Hoshins, and continuous improvement projects.
11. Calculates product cost based on changes in raw material cost, manufacturing location, and/or other variables as applicable.
12. Provides pricing training to new employees.
13. Effectively communicates pricing information to others within the organization via meetings, conference
calls, and presentations.
14. Other duties as assigned.

Level Required
High School Degree or Equivalent

10. Ability to provide pricing recommendations to sales and marketing based on market research,
competitive climate, and current capacity.
11. Ability to meet tight deadlines as determined by customers.

13. Ability to be available outside of normal work hours.
14. Ability to assess employee performance and coach and develop others.
