Manage multiple manufacturing projects simultaneously utilizing contemporary project management tools and practices from approval through hyper care.
Coordinate and influence cross-functional partners from engineering, operations, finance, HR/EHS, procurement, quality, commercial, IT, and risk management.
Develop and facilitate project plans, progress trackers, status reporting and cadences.
Manage deliverables as defined in the project's scope and monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines and project goals.
Lead project meetings including scheduling and developing meeting agendas and managing meeting notes and follow-up items.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure prompt and accurate communication regarding project status and deliverables is provided to project stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment that promotes a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects.
Use tools to digitize and organize work (eg. Microsoft suite of tools).
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications.
Overnight travel up to 50% of the time may be required with frequency dependent on project activities and deliverables, valid driver's license needed.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, operations, supply chain, communication, or related field.
At least four years' prior project management experience required, preferably in a mid to large enterprise matrixed manufacturing organization
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
