Should be aware of their responsibilities and their accountability is clearly defined for key staff involved with product safety, legality, and quality systems.
Vendor Management
Assure vendors follow the Menasha Contractor Safety guidelines and stays current on annual orientation.
Safety glasses with side protection, safety toe footwear, hearing protection, no jewelry allowed on production floor, visitor sign in and out at front desk (visitor badge required).

Work Orders
Provide ongoing communication regarding work orders in process and status of various projects.
Complete scheduled work orders electronically and monitor results.
Cleaning
Assure weekly Maintenance cleaning is complete and paperwork signed (includes Maintenance Office, mezzanine, and maintenance storage locations).
Communication
Enhance internal and external department communication toward a cohesive work environment.
Discuss maintenance concerns with maintenance supervisor and lead.
Proactively communicate problems encountered to applicable areas.
Enhance communication for a cohesive work environment.
Work as a Maintenance Team to accomplish workload.
Maintenance/troubleshooting
Provide Electrical/Mechanical troubleshooting.
Perform preventative maintenance duties and provide accurate documentation of such duties.
Actively participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Shift
Rotating 8-hour shifts.
Education/Certifications Desired
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Electrician preferred but will train the right individual.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed
Ability to effectively work in teams
Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
Technical knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
