Responsibilities:
Perform harness, electrical, and mechanical assembly, including routing wires, crimping contacts, soldering, tightening hardware, and testing electronic units.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and direct reading test devices safely, adhering to OSHA and ISO standards.
Follow computerized work instructions and read assembly drawings to ensure accurate work.
Inspect and verify work aligns with technical requirements.
Qualifications:
Ability to obtain IPC certification in soldering.
Capable of lifting 20+ lbs. without assistance.
Proficient in using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and follow instructions.
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applicable software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with strong initiative; able to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work overtime and on weekends, as needed, and the flexibility to work 2nd shift when required.
