Position Description:
Directly oversee the programming sponsored by Student Involvement.
Support annual campus wide programs throughout the academic year (Lake Day, Duck Day, Hoop Rolling).
Support and facilitate trainings in collaboration with college government for student organizations as necessary.
Occasional Nights and weekends required as determined by department throughout the year.
Advise student organizations on programming planning and logistics for events and Programs.
Oversight of Beebe storage space and student organization logistics
Support student organizations through 25Live scheduling and resource assignments.
Attend 10 Day calendar meetings to review student organization events as needed.
Assist with the promotional campaign of WEngage and provide logistical support for student organization
Attend Wellness Collaborative meeting on behalf of department
Procure office items and supplies for department
Additional projects as assigned by department
Pull all resources for student organization programs
Hours: Part Time; 15 Hours per week
