Job Description:

A handyman's job is to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.

• Minor repairs: Fixing light sockets, re-hanging doors, and repairing fixtures
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on a client's home or office building
• Safety: Installing safety equipment and conducting health and safety checks
• Carpentry: Building bookshelves, installing cabinets, and finding studs
• Painting: Painting and other general maintenance and repair tasks

Plumbing: Performing basic repairs of the plumbing

Landscaping: Maintaining and installing new landscaping

HVAC: Maintaining aspects of the HVAC system by changing filters and performing routine maintenance and inspection
