About the Role:
As a Technology Project Manager, you'll lead technology projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with company strategy and priorities. Our ideal candidate balances project management expertise with business analysis skills to drive optimization and modernization of our IT systems. As a member of the Project Management team, you'll also work to continuously improve our team culture and processes.
Job responsibilities may encompass:
Lead planning and implementation of technology project deliverables, ensuring project success.
Collaborate across IT teams and business units to gather requirements, communicate project goals, and drive initiatives forward.
Create technical assessments, capacity plans, risk registers and other project deliverables.
Maintain centralized repositories of critical project documents for all stakeholders.
Solicit and document requirements for infrastructure automation projects, working closely with IT operations teams.
Oversee testing processes (QA & UAT) for successful project completion.
Analyze current infrastructure systems and processes to identify areas for optimization and modernization.
Track and report on key infrastructure performance indicators (e.g., system uptime, response times, cost efficiency).
Ensure security best practices are incorporated into all infrastructure projects.
Stay current with emerging infrastructure technologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts of the team and the Technology division.

Qualifications:
Proven experience managing technology projects.
Knowledge of SharePoint, ServiceNow, Monday.com or other project management tools
Demonstrated ability to create and manage detailed project schedules.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, PMP, ITIL, CAPM) are a plus.
