We are seeking a skilled and flexible HR Generalist with at least 4 years of experience to join our team in Pasadena, CA. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role requires adaptability to work a flexible schedule as needed to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
Provide support for employee relations and address any issues or concerns.
Administer benefits, payroll, and employee leave programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records and update HRIS systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR functions, compliance, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
