Adams & Martin Group is working with an insurance defense firm. Seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal with personal injury experience. The ideal candidate will assist with drafting and responding to discovery, analyzing medical records, and supporting clients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, discovery documents, medical summaries, and legal correspondence.
Prepare discovery motions, oppositions, and replies.
Coordinate and prepare documents for production.
Investigate facts, laws, and public records to prepare case analysis reports.
Communicate with clients as necessary.
Collaborate in a team environment.
Qualifications:
3-7 years of litigation experience (required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Must work well independently and as part of a team.
Required Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree.
ABA Paralegal Certificate.
