As part of the Unity Lab Services team, you will support the daily operations of the Pipette Calibration Program in GxP environments. This role is crucial in enabling our customers to achieve their goals, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.



A Day in the Life:



  • Schedule asset calibrations for preventative or corrective maintenance

  • Coordinate and develop asset tracking sheets

  • Operate within Maximo and Pipette Tracking software

  • Maintain calibration records for GxP and non-GxP assets

  • Coordinate asset pick-ups and drop-offs

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs

  • Offer mentorship and technical expertise to peers and clients

  • Deliver excellent customer service

  • Support other duties as assigned


Education



  • High School Diploma or GED required


Experience



  • Experience in GxP environment preferred

  • Working knowledge of work order management system (Maximo) preferred

  • Proven excellence in customer service skills

  • Computer literacy


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities



  • Attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task and promote a team environment

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and confident working in systems and databases

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently within the customer location

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $23.00-$26.00.


This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
