Job Description:
We are seeking self-motivated, team-oriented user experience practitioners who are prepared to challenge requirement focused development with a user-centered design process built around empathy for our users. Our hybrid-remote UX team is responsible for driving user experience through a process of research discovery and solution framing - ultimately delivering the best product experience for our users while additionally providing industry-leading business solutions for our customers.
Our User Experience Designers are responsible for organizing and conducting user research and analysis. Then translating those findings into various types of assets necessary to convey user experience and business solutions. You will work closely with team members to research, test and gather information, analyze interaction, determine, and refine features and priorities and iterate product designs from ideation to implementation. This role participates in formal and informal design critiques, partners with implementation teams to deliver a polished final product and thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Embrace and exemplify simplicity, communication, feedback, respect, and courage
Be an active member and leader of the CoreLogic design community to help grow and hone our design practices
Collaborate with technical product managers, analysts, designers, and developers to design user experiences
Facilitate various methods of user research and testing and analyze and report findings.
Create process flows, information and content architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Take initiative to coach and grow other designers; lead discussions on UX/UI
Be a user experience advocate and champion of the user; writing whitepapers and other informative documentation for CoreLogic
Be a core member of UX; leading projects, working on UX specific initiatives, aggregating resources and creating libraries and repositories of UX assets.
Help maintain UX enterprise standards, best practices, principles, and resource repositories
Job Qualifications:
5+ years of professional UX design experience on enterprise products
A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions is required. Experience required from large enterprise corporations with a mixture of B2B and B2C solutions
Expert understanding of principles of interface design, use of interactive technologies and user-centered design methods and best practices
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; can communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
Proficiency working in Figma and other software design tools like Sketch and XD as well as a natural curiosity for new innovative tools.
Extensive experience with Accessibility and Inclusive design
Experience in UI Design and/or Visual Design
Understanding of how HTML, JavaScript, and CSS inform interaction decisions
BA/BS or greater in graphic design, related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred. High School Diploma required.
