Our client, a retailer in the greater Boston area, is looking for a Merchandising Assistant to join their team! The role is onsite, paying up to 23/hr depending on experience, and the details of the role are below.
Responsibilities
Oversee purchase orders Enter and review electronic purchase orders via the Buyer Worksheet application
Revise purchase orders daily and follow the purchase order change
Assist buyers and the merchandising Manager with administrative and clerical tasks
Monitor vendor shipments
Perform data entry
Coordinate travel for merchants and vendors as necessary
Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor weekly spending budgets as necessary
Other administrative office tasks as necessary
