We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Logistics Operations Manager in Morton, IL.

Job Summary:
The Logistics Operations Manager leads the analyzing and developing of logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory specific to area of responsibility.

This role is located in Morton, IL and does not offer relocation
This role is 1st shift
This role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules
This role requires up to 5-10% domestic travel
What You Will Do:
Accountable for all carrier selection and renewals. Plays key role in contract negotiations and interfacing with selected carriers necessary to maintain expected levels of service.

Inspires continuous improvement of logistics processes through process improvement, prioritization, and project planning.
Owns the development and maintenance cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models. Tracking costs and savings for all transportation modes.

Relationship Management : Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
