BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Desktop Support/ IT Support in Gilroy, CA.


Position Title: Desktop Support/ IT Support

Location: Gilroy, CA, 95020

Anticipated Start Date: 12-02-2024

Expected Duration: 1 Year (Contract)

Job Type: (40 HOURS WEEKLY], [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]

Pay Range: $28/hr to $29.00/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:





  • Windows 10/11 support

  • Software installation, configuration and support

  • Hardware break/fix experience

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Familiarity with incident ticketing systems
