General Description
This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Service Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Assist customer service with order entry in Pointman
Assist customer service with customer data packages
Assist customer service with completing order packages and filing
Perform invoicing for SGA & Mount Hope
Enter invoices into customer based accounting portals.
Handle customer/vendor arrivals to the front office.
Assist accounting with filing AP and other accounting files.
Learn AP & Purchasing process as a backup.
Assist in other areas as need to create a better flow of administrative duties.
Other duties will be added as she gets more familiar with our business.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Associates Degree beneficial, but not required.
Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience.
Languages: English
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Must have strong attention to details
Good organizational skills
