UITS DEPUTY CHIEF INFORMATION (UA-DCIO-IUBLA)



Job Summary





  • Provides general maintenance and support to Indiana University's tech park facilities, including Cyberinfrastructure building, and Global Network Operations Center building.

  • Monitors and responds to tickets in ServiceNow for requests from staff regarding facility issues, event setups, and assistance with moving furniture/equipment.

  • Receives, sorts and delivers mail to mailboxes.

  • Manages dock for the confirmation and delivery of packages/equipment ordered by staff.

  • Backs up to Data Center Dock Inventory Coordinator.

  • Maintains cleanliness of buildings and duties as assigned.




Qualifications



EDUCATION



Required



  • High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)

SKILLS

  • Proficient communication skills

  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism

  • Demonstrates time management and priority setting skills

  • Demonstrates a high commitment to quality




Working Conditions / Demands



The person in this position must have the ability to move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
