POSITION SUMMARY:
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for benefits administration and health and wellness programming. The position provides support as necessary for the administration of Goodwill SWPA benefits and wellness, and operations of benefits for employees. This position provides excellent customer service and ensures compliance with all external laws and regulations as well as internal guidelines and policies.
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
External Hiring Range: $18.28-18.98/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4p
Travel: No travel required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Experience:
HR generalist experience required. Experience with benefits administration, applicable laws and regulations preferred. Development and implementation of employee wellness programming experience a plus.
