Job Description:

K-12 Estimator

Your new company has been building in Texas since 1979 and has a huge footprint in Interiors and New Construction, K-12, Higher Education + Government markets. And a lot has been awarded in Austin, which is a growing market for them. A Higher Education facility needs Tenant Improvement, renovation and upgrades for the next 2 years on the south side of Austin. Their culture and work ethic is very collaborative - the work-life balance is sensational, with little to know turn over and a family first approach. A proven PM in Austin who has done JOC, interiors, renovations in K-12, city or state work is essential, with Ground Up being highly desirable.

Your new role will enable you to work with a high-performing and long-standing team who know the processes, software and systems. You will be based on campus, so a full background check will be needed. They have a local office where one of the owners works also.

What you'll need to succeed is the right attitude: a good team player is essential with good relations and communication skills, as well as a good technical understanding of sequencing a project. Local to Austin.

What you'll get in return is stability, flexible working, family comes first and so does your work-life balance. Salary is competitive, but there are consistently no layoffs at COVID and it has a great training program.
