Base Pay: $20/hr (can be flexible based on experience)

The Opportunity
The Industrial Materials and Recycling Supervisor oversees the management of our empty drum inventory, while also performing general warehouse support tasks. As part of the local operations team, the Shredding Supervisor will ensure that our empty drums are in compliance with all regulations until they are shredded and shipped offsite.The Industrial Materials and Recycling Supervisor oversees the management of our empty drum inventory, while also performing general warehouse support tasks. Key Job Responsibilities
Operates and maintains empty drum shredder
Maintains a clean and safe working area including scrap metal box
Loading and offloading trailers
Ensures all empty drums are RCRA empty and sprayed out while staged for shredding
Operates forklifts and performs preventative maintenance on forklifts as required
Take daily leak detection readings on unit
Cross train to work in tank farm when needed
Performs weekly, monthly, and yearly preventative maintenance on all equipment
Maintains empty pallet area
Assist with weekly plant audit scan
Operate empty drum crusher when needed
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ Years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
1+ Months experience as a certified forklift driver and basic maintenance is preferred
1+ year of supervisor experience preferred
Forklift Certification is required
Backhoe/Trackhoe experience preferred
Ability to work the schedule for which you are hired for
