Responsibilities:
- Drive accountability, visibility, and efficient collaboration across the organization.
- Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies using data-driven insights.
- Evaluate strategies and operationalize execution plans.
- Integrate Business Strategy and Product Execution to ensure the success of the Marketplace organization.
- Build and scale effective operating models to support organizational growth.
- Champion marketplaces, sellers, and customers across the organization.
- Drive and own goals with a bias for action, delivering crucial capabilities for long-term marketplace growth.
- Translate complex technical requirements and projects into understandable terms for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and deployment of large, complex, and ambiguous projects.
- Write documentation and conduct training sessions to ensure team alignment and knowledge.
