Academic Req: Required-Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
Certifications: None
Work experience: Required-1 year experience in business management; customer service or HR experience preferred.
Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute employee experience programs that foster an engaged and inclusive workplace focusing on exit surveys, employee engagement surveys, global recognition programs, and listening architecture.
2. Provide support for global recognition program that highlights individual and team achievements and
recognizes employees for who they are not just what they do, by leveraging both traditional and
innovative rewards to celebrate our diverse and talented team.
3. Partner with business leaders to administer pulse surveys, facilitate focus groups and other activities
supporting continuous listening and learning.
4. Collect, analyze and interpret employee experience data to identify trends and insights, diagnose and
recommend resolution of both systemic and ad hoc issues.
5. Create and maintain dashboards for key metrics and reports for Culture team and key stakeholders.
6. Proactive data mining and analysis, consulting with Vice President, Employee Relations & Culture on
areas to focus and improve, providing and creating data requirements based on business needs.
7. Provide end-to-end life cycle management of employee's accommodations and leave management
processes, recertifications, and committee reviews for decision-making.
8. Engages with employees to support completion of paperwork related to accommodations, leave
management, short-term and long-term disability.
9. Communicates with employees via phone calls and/or emails regarding the initiation of accommodations
and leave management processes.
10. Tracks, enters data, and reports daily on responsibilities related to the Employee Relations & Culture.
11. Responsible for processing all documents in the initiation and closure phases of the investigatory
process, accommodations and leave management process, and facilitates the organization of training
materials, and related functions.
12. Ensures that all processes and documents are in compliance with timelines allowed by federal, state,
and local employment laws.
13. Uploads relevant documentation into HRAcuity cases and applicable Workday profile.
14. Specializes in maintaining positive and nurturing relationships between employees and the organization.
15. Utilizes the Employee Assistance Program and grows a host of resources to assist employees in times of
crisis or need.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Experience in survey tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms, Qualtrics, Gallup)
2. Strong analytical skills using data and metrics to drive improvement.
3. Ability to collaborate with Culture team and other key stakeholders to continuously improve employee
experience reporting processes.
4. Highly detail-oriented and demonstrated problem solving skills.
5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities.
6. Excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Experience presenting a plus.
7. Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
8. Serves as a backup for gathering needed employment records and data related to unemployment
claims.
9. Serves as a backup to daily facilitation and follow-up on the dissemination of employee post hire
interviews, stay interviews, and exit interviews.
10. Acquire a working knowledge and ability to use Workday & HRAcuity to access and update employee
records, with high confidentiality.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
2. Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidential information.
3. Work with minimal supervision, including remote work and tight deadlines.
4. Well-developed verbal, listening and telephone communication skills.
5. Strong customer service focus and commitment
