Job Description:
TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Associate Operations Manager to join our team in Middletown, Pennsylvania.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Monitor all incidents and tasks for SLA requirements in ServiceNow.
- Yearly site visits to ensure proper site condition.
- Approve vacation of reports to assure statewide coverage.
- Submit monthly duty roster to the PTC.
- Submit quarterly propane report.
- Submit monthly parts usage and TransCore part usage reports to Service Director for billings.
- Update 531 inventory.
- Post monthly PM reports to share site.
- Prepare root cause analysis reports for incidents.
- Identify recurring issues and develop a plan to address.
- Schedule tower climbers for necessary services.
- Shared duites to include:
- Approve invoices for accounting.
- Update 531 inventory.
- Approve Pcard invoices.
- Approve employee expense submissions.
- Approve timecard submissions.
- Track all parts usages and make sure ServiceNow is updated.
- Update ServiceNow hardware database for new and existing hardware.
- Update ServiceNow locations, models, companies, sub-categories as needed.
- Update ServiceNow maintenance plans as needed.
- Interview and hire personnel.
- Submit PTC on boarding documentation.
- Salary planning.
- Appraisals.
- Update Samsara events and coach.
- Attend monthly PTC staff meetings and update status of issues. SLA for not attending.
- Attend PTC ServiceNow and various department's project meetings.
- Approve ServiceNow documentation updates.
- Approve ServiceNow knowledge base submissions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of management experience in the Electronics field or 5 to 10 years of electronic service.
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving history
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and easily adapt to change.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
