Contract to Permanent
Fully onsite in Pleasanton CA
Front-desk coverage: Greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing mail and shipments
Administrative support: Providing email correspondence, generating and distributing documents, and managing calendars
Planning and scheduling: Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and agendas
Maintaining systems: Keeping filing systems, contact databases, and employee lists up to date
Ordering supplies: Ordering office supplies and food for meetings
Operating equipment: Maintaining and operating office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines
Researching: Conducting research and compiling information for reports
Liaison: Acting as a liaison between other professionals in the office
Workflow: Creating a general workflow
