Accounts Payable Specialist




Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Central Phoenix)



**Hybrid - in office 2 days work from home 3 (temp-to-hire)

Duties:

• Full-cycle, high-volume, accounts payable processing


• Working with mulitple cost centers


• Establish new vendor files


• AP Analysis


• Vendor statements


• Research and resolve discrepancies


• Assist with month end close


• Vendor relations

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable focused position (full cycle)


• Strong computer skills/ tech savvy


• Non-profit industry experience++


• Experience with Great Plains a plus++


• Excel skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
