Our primary care locations across Southeastern Wisconsin are looking for Clinic Tech candidates to create a brand new team supporting InDirect work. This role can be based at any of our ambulatory health centers and will consist of remotely supporting all health center's EPIC in-baskets. This work will include, but not limited to, MyChart messages, Refill requests, and Patient Calls.

Job Summary: The Clinic Tech is an essential member of the patient-centered healthcare team. Provides delegated age appropriate care in a culturally and ethnically sensitive manner under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse, LVN/LPN and/or physician/APP. Contributes to patient care by assisting with tasks outlined in their clinical competency assessment related to vital signs, performing blood draws, maintaining the environment of care, managing supply inventory, and/or assisting providers and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to enhance the patient care experience.

Experience/Education/Licensure Description: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent is required.

State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification or State of Wisconsin Emergency Medical Technician License is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Providers (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent within 90 days of hire.
