The Account Administrator validates sales and data entry that come into the branch from various sales teams and technicians. They audit sales by calling customers after a service agreement is completed and are available by phone for immediate sales support. Schedules work with the new client. Serves as the Branch's onboarding specialist for the new customer.


Account Administrators are an important member of our Sales Operations team - they provide a positive customer experience immediately after a sale is made and are the vital human connection to our business onboarding process. Team members support the Senske business by verifying customer information received by all Senske organizations, entering all sales into the company CRM system, scheduling new customers for service, and contacting large customer accounts regarding past due balances. They are problem solvers with good negotiation skills who are self-driven, and motivated to meet goals and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. This position will work in our Dallas office. The pay range is $17.50 - $18.50 per hour (dependent on experience).

Must Haves:



  • High school diploma or the equivalent.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.

  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task with a strong attention to detail, work independently, and as part of a team.
