Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Kforce client a well-established manufacturing company located in Holland, MI is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their team. This is a friendly company culture with benefits, quarterly events, and lunches.

Duties:

• Accounts Receivable Accountant will oversee the firms accounts receivable processes


• Ensure all incoming funds are accurately recorded, tracked and reconciled


• Work closely with the finance team, sales department and customers to maintain healthy cash flow and accurate financial reporting


• Stay up to date with new trends and software applications to make the firm more efficient

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of corporate AR experience


• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel


• Knowledge of ERP systems, accounting principles and practices, particularly related to Accounts Receivable


• Understanding of cash flow procedures


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
