WHAT YOU’LL DO: The MFV Associate Merchandiser supports the MFV Men’s & Women’s Merchandisers in the key areas of assortment planning, maintaining product data accuracy, North America hindsight and market analysis. This role also assists the Global Head of PD&S/MFVwith department operations.
Merchandising:
Build initial NA line plan documents for merchandiser
Maintain and update line plan data – targets, pricing, sku, delivery, projections, and rollups
Consolidate and impute seasonal hindsight information into line plans
Assist in managing SKU and financial targets throughout the season. Maintain details of current M&D plan vs. planning roadmap targets
Prepare merchandising documents for product milestone meetings – line architecture, sales cad review, line close, and account showings
Set up style shells and colorways in PLM and assist merchandisers with maintaining assortment accuracy in PLM. Ensure all style details are accurate and up to date
Perform uploading, running reports and cross checking of all data in PLM
Point person for integration checks and tasks related to data accuracy (ie. updating season codes or factory codes, etc.)
Compile NA seasonal hindsight information for the M&D team – bookings, top sellers, retail selling reports, etc.
Develop pre-season category hindsight analysis in preparation for season planning
Compile NA market competitor insight information – pricing and style details
Department operations:
Assist with the day-to-day operation of the MFV & PD&S Departments
Schedule and facilitate meetings and conferences
Assist with planning department budgets
Actualize the budget tracking BvA & manage department expenses
Manage accruals and ensure GL codes are assigned and receipts are uploaded for corp card charges
Handle ordering of supplies
Assist with building and maintaining seasonal calendars
Coordinate travel
Setup for sales meetings and product presentations
Work cross functionally with all departments
Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of related professional experience
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Intermediate ability with Mac OS
Advanced ability with Word, Excel, Outlook
Beginner – Intermediate ability with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Experience with Full Circle software a plus

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $24/hr - $26/hr. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled.
