SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS)
As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes, solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the integrated circuit fabrication, semiconductor packaging, and electronic assembly industries. The Machinist will analyze specifications, lay out and perform all bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair tools and dies requiring skill and a basic knowledge of tooling practice and application. They will use required precision instruments for exacting measurements

The incumbent of this position must have a high school degree and be an experienced machinist/toolmaker or possess an apprenticeship certificate/diploma, have a minimum of five plus years related experience, or have an equivalent combination of education/training and experience
